I think Sunny Bali is one of the finest Real Estate professionals I have worked with. I asked hime to assist me in buying a Commercial building in San Bruno. When we found this one property that I really liked, I was not sure about the outcome at all. Besides so many issues with the condition of the property, there were “permitted use” permit issues and the seller was working with another potential buyer. The only thing that I had was a Lucky Charm named Sunny. He negotiated with the seller, got him to sign a 6 month contract against all odds, helped me get building permits from the Building department and even hooked me up with lenders. He just would not let the deal fall apart even when all hope was gone. He stayed on top for 9 months and finally Even the Seller acknowledged that if it was not for my agent, there would be no deal. Today I am a proud owner of this beautiful building and life is beautiful.
